For couple of months, my RoboCop paper craft has been standing on my working desk, weaponless and collecting dust. I had to clean that model from time to time, and it really annoyed me. Learning from my boxed Batman paper model, it’s much easier to clean a box than a fully built paper craft. So, I decided to make RoboCop paper model Auto-9 Gun and Display Box to make my model looks cooler and protected from dust.

Both the gun and the display box are pretty straightforward to build. There are only four parts for the Auto-9 Gun paper model and they are not that small, so building it will not be difficult. What might be a bit complicated is placing the gun in the hand. It might be a tight fit and you may want to be careful so you do not damage either the fingers or the gun.

The display box for the RoboCop paper craft is even simpler. Basically the display box is just a box, a rectangular prism. Extra attention might be needed in making the display window. Use a single clear plastic sheet so the window is fully seamless, which makes it look a lot better. In building the box, attach the part for the rear face of the box at the very last. It will help a lot in attaching the plastic sheet correctly.
